You create presets in the preset screen (the first one) Presets are things like your attacks with different weapons or some kind of checks and stuff. 2. You add rolls to said preset. Rolls are formulas which you enter with the roll calculator, eg d20 + DEX 3. Rolls can contain variables (second screen) Variables are your stats or some kind of item bonuses or you can use them to track your HP arrows or whatever. You can also use variables inside other variables to create complex expressions, for example, you can have an Armor Class variable which value is 10 + DEX so when you update your DEX stat you don't need to update your Armor Class. 4. Rolls can be manipulated by modifiers (third screen) Modifiers are like pieces of rolls that can be added to the rolls inside the preset, eg Sneak attack, or paladins Bless. In order to use modifiers, you need to select which one should be applied after you've rolled your preset through a little (+) button next to the roll name. There is also a special 5e CRIT modifier which collects every die in a roll and adds it to the said roll. 5. Once you've made your setup, you tap on a preset from the preset screen, then you enter a roll screen where you see the result. You can reroll any roll or modifier in a preset by tapping on them. 6. You can reorder, edit or delete presets, variables and modifiers by touching them for a second until (...) and (x) buttons appear. Example of a basic setup: Presets: Short Sword Attack Check d20 + PROF + DEX Damage d6 + DEX [ ] Bless [ ] Sneak attack Variables: DEX - 5 PROF - 3 HP - 29 GOLD - 100 AC - 12 + DEX Modifiers: Bless - 1d4 Sneak attack - 3d6
