当进入Boss战环节时，界面上方的加油站进度条变为Boss血量条。
Boss战在经典模式和闯关模式中分别有不同的表现：
经典模式：玩家飞行器攻击模式不开启，只有通过拾取路上的导弹才能向Boss发射导弹...

《泡泡大乱斗》的BOSS大战玩法与其他PVP玩法不同，其他玩法都是需要玩家去攻击对手，而在BOSS大战中，玩家们则需要去攻击地图中的BOSS，当攻击达到3次，既算赢得比赛！当然，在BOSS大战中，BOSS也会释放技能，从天而降数颗炸弹！想要躲开就要靠玩家们的微操了！...
在游戏中，击杀boss会掉落大量的珍贵道具，如果你需要些什么道具才能进阶的话，那就绝对不能错过！不过数量众多的boss在各种各样的地方，掉落的道具跟物品也不同，进入前要记得看仔细。
