Games of Chance have always been the penchant of humans since ages. Real Atthu is one such game which depends on chance(random number) – which makes it exciting.
This is an ancient game. Earlier it was used to be played without board, the board was made from chalk and pieces were stones, tamarind germs etc. and crownie shells were used as dice to get random numbers. It is also called by asta changa.
The game is simple but requires some strategy to win. The power of 4 and 8 can cover your path quickly ,but sometimes you require 1 or 2 or 3 desperately. So, let us begin the journey by understanding the game first.
Features:
1 - It’s a Game of Chance wherein 1,2,3,4, or 8 are thrown, 4 or 8 gives you a bonus throw.
2 - You can Eat/kill your opponent’s piece and get a bonus throw.
3 - When All 4 pieces reach home then WINNER is declared.
4 - Modes of Play-One Player, Two Player, Three Player, Four Player
5 - Lots of Fun and excitement as-
* Any age group person can play
* Rules are easy to follow
* Excitement increases as the game reaches end.
* Good time-pass and refreshing game

7 - Pieces have to follow a designated Path to reach home.
8 - Auto Move Functionality is there.
TASK :
To be the FIRST to move all the 4 pieces from its initial cell to HOME(The CENTER SQUARE).
Instructions:-
1) Piece gets open on any number on the dice-1,2,3,4 or 8
2) If on a cell a single piece is sitting and an opponent’s piece reaches on the same cell then the first piece will be eaten by the opponent ‘s piece and will have to start again and the opponent will get a bonus throw.
3) Immunity is there on colored cells (red,blue,green and yellow), i.e. a piece cannot be eaten on colored cells.
4) If 4 or 8 comes then also a bonus throw is given to the player. But if a piece is eaten on 4 or 8 then only one bonus chance will be given.
5) If all the pieces are unable to move then next player turn comes.
6) The game is played in anti clock wise direction.
7) The dice is on the left side of each player and is of same color as the color of the pieces.
8)A piece can be moved when it is encircled by a thick border.
