在游戏中玩家可以获得许多不同品质的球员，主要分为四个品质：铜卡球员、银卡球员、金卡球员和精英球员（红卡）。球员的评分会依次提高，能力值也会随着评分升高而增加。
球员获得
玩家在商店里购买卡包，可以进行抽卡。不同卡包含有数量不等的不同品质球员。
如图，职业卡包可以获得所有品质的球员卡牌。当然，最为稀有的精英球员获得几率非常之小，需要玩家更加努力才能获得。

当前游戏内一共有两套基础阵容供玩家培养：
1. NBA阵容，用于游戏内的一些常规在线赛事，赛季，对战，联盟锦标赛等要求使用NBA阵容进行比赛的赛事，为游戏内最主要的阵容，我的球员界面默认展示的即为NBA阵容的当前阵容情况，如下图所示：

你可以在在线赛事界面中参加各类在线赛事（每天会随机刷新内容），进行各种快速挑战。
在线赛事是赢取物品卡包的有效方式，参加在线赛事，为赛季模式与对战模式积累实力吧！
部分在线赛事是各自独立的挑战赛事，还有一些在线赛事则是由一系列挑战构成的。
