No time limit, score as many turns as you can and don't let targets go over 13.
Rules:
- Target's value decreases if you hit them and targets explode if their value becomes 0.
- If you cannot hit a target in a turn, its value increases by 1.
- After each turn new targets are spawned.
- If a target goes over 13, it explodes and you LOSE!
