La historia trata sobre un explorador espacial llamado Dogui que, desde su planeta Fénix, llega a la Tierra para recolectar objetos que le permitan conocer la tecnología usada por nosotros. Para esto el simpático personaje deberá atravesar por 7(siete) niveles en los cuales al final de cada uno se encontrara con un objeto tecnológico. Una curiosidad es que Dogui debe usar un casco para poder respirar en nuestro planeta, así como sucede con los seres humanos en los planetas donde no hay oxigeno. El gran problema es que a Dogui no le sera fácil recolectar estos objetos ya que han venido desde otros planetas unos enemigos que trataran de impedir que le sea sencilla la tarea.
