在游戏中玩家可以获得许多不同品质的球员，主要分为四个品质：铜卡球员、银卡球员、金卡球员和精英球员（红卡）。球员的评分会依次提高，能力值也会随着评分升高而增加。
球员获得
玩家在商店里购买卡包，可以进行抽卡。不同卡包含有数量不等的不同品质球员。
如图，职业卡包可以获得所有品质的球员卡牌。当然，最为稀有的精英球员获得几率非常之小，需要玩家更加努力才能获得。

当前游戏内一共有两套基础阵容供玩家培养：
1. NBA阵容，用于游戏内的一些常规在线赛事，赛季，对战，联盟锦标赛等要求使用NBA阵容进行比赛的赛事，为游戏内最主要的阵容，我的球员界面默认展示的即为NBA阵容的当前阵容情况，如下图所示：

移动
使用屏幕左下方的虚拟摇杆可以控制球员进行移动。
加速/突破
进攻时，持续按住“突破”按钮可以向篮筐的方向进行加速移动。与此同时你还可以使用虚拟摇杆随心所欲的改变方向。
防守
防守时，持续按住“防守”按钮，你将自动靠近持球者并开始防守。
也可以在开启切换球员设置后点击“切换”按钮可以切换至另一名球员进行操控。（该按钮需要在主菜单-设置-偏好设置中将“防守自动切换”功能...
